Cadillac Removes CT6 2.0-liter Turbo From U.S. Configurator, AWD Now Standard

As Cadillac prepares to roll out the CT5 to U.S. dealerships, the CT6 is no longer available with the 2.0-liter turbo. Rear-wheel drive has also been discontinued, and this gets us to pricing.
